Jewellery World Awards (JWA) recognises innovation, excellence and achievement in the jewellery and gemstone industry across various categories, with the Lifetime Achievement Award selected by the organiser. Companies may submit entries in multiple categories, up to a maximum of three (3).
2021 Award Categories:
This award will go to the brand that can best demonstrate excellence and success in improving brand awareness, market share and customer experience; demonstrating innovation in retail brand building and its delivery; maintaining consistent and sustainable financial results; bringing greater customer and staff engagement; demonstrating strong leadership and effective management; and applying ethical approach to business.
This award will go to the organisation that can best demonstrate an innovative initiative undertaken by the organisation whether in the form of branding initiative, customer engagement, digital transformation of traditional jewellery practices, gemological research, management process, manufacturing process, marketing and marketing services, product development, shared services, strategy and business model, and technology improvement in jewellery making and peripheral support services.
This award will recognise the manufacturer in jewellery or diamond/gemstone cutting and polishing (precious-metal only jewellery; or jewellery set with diamonds, coloured gemstones, pearls, or other gem materials in precious metals) that has demonstrated consistent and sustainable financial performance, market expansion, production efficiency with healthy working environment, has full buy-in from their workforce, understands its customers.
This award will recognise the outstanding enterprise registered and headquartered in countries and regions in APAC that can best demonstrate consistent and sustainable financial performance, shows a clear understanding of its customer segments and needs, has full buy-in from their workforce, and has delivered on its core strategic objectives.
This award will go to the organisation that can best demonstrate a commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) in its business operation, with the aim to create long-term positive impact on society, environment and the performance of the business. The company will be liked by its employees, a role model for its peers and a good pick for investors seeking sustainable investment.
This award will recognise the outstanding enterprise with 50 full-time employees and below that can best demonstrate consistent and sustainable financial performance, shows a clear understanding of its customer segments and needs, has full buy-in from its workforce, and has delivered on its core strategic objectives.
This award will go to the most accomplished individual (not a company) who can best demonstrate exceptional vision and leadership in the establishment and development of a business with exceptional sense of entrepreneurship and leadership, and innovation in business model, management style or strategic positioning.
